• By bank card on the website
• In cash on collection at a Nova Poshta branch — the carrier adds 20 ₴ and 2% for the money transfer
• In instalments via PrivatBank, Monobank or PUMB

Returns and exchange

You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving the parcel, provided it has not been used and the original look, labels, tags and packaging are intact.

Fill in the return form that comes with the delivery note. For an exchange, mark the type as «exchange» on the same form. If the form is lost, call 0 800 211 299.

Feather and down products cannot be returned — Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights» (text of the law).
