Delivery and payment
We ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine. Below — what delivery costs, when your order arrives and how to pay for it.
Delivery is paid by the customer at Nova Poshta’s rates. Current cities and branches are listed on novaposhta.ua and in the dropdown at checkout.
Payment
- By bank card when placing the order on the website.
- In cash when you collect the parcel at a Nova Poshta branch — after you have inspected the item. The carrier adds UAH 20 and 2% for the money transfer.
- By transfer to a PrivatBank card — the online store manager will give you the card number when confirming your order.
- In instalments via PrivatBank or Monobank.
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. Payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnia. You can also pay through Privat24 online banking.
How to pay by card on the website
In your cart choose “By bank card on the website” and press “Proceed to payment” — you will be taken to the payment provider’s page.
Enter your card number, its expiry date and the CVV/CVC code, then press “Continue”. The payment details will then appear on the page.
How to pay in cash on collection
In your cart choose “Cash on receipt”. You pay for the order on the spot, at the Nova Poshta branch, once you have inspected the item.
Delivery
Choosing a delivery method at checkout
Courier to your address. In the “delivery method” field choose “Nova Poshta to the door” and enter the address to deliver to.
To a Nova Poshta branch. In the “delivery method” field choose “Nova Poshta to the branch” and pick the branch from the list.
Delivery takes 1 to 3 days.
International delivery
When you place the order, the online store manager will email you an invoice: the price of the goods together with delivery to your country at the carrier’s rates. Payment is by bank card — any card in the world; currency is converted automatically.
Delivery takes 10–14 days from the day the order is paid.
Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders. So please check every detail with the manager before placing the order — by email, Viber or WhatsApp.
To other countries we ship with Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta at the rates published on their websites.
