Composition

• Main fabric: 100% polyester
• Lining: 100% polyester
• Filling: 70% duck down, 30% synthetic down
• Temperature range: from 0 to -20 °C

Care

• Machine wash with neutral detergents in cold water at a maximum temperature of 30 °C.
• Dry flat.
• Do not bleach.
• Iron at medium temperature, up to 150 °C.
• Do not tumble dry.

To keep a down piece looking flawless for a long time, it's best to take it to professional dry cleaning. But if you'd like to wash it yourself — that's possible too, the main thing is to follow a few important rules:

1. Before washing, fasten all closures
2. Use only liquid detergent for delicate fabrics
3. Add at least 5 tennis balls to the drum — they help keep the down evenly distributed
4. Dry in a horizontal position, turning the piece on all sides until it's completely dry
5. After drying, distribute the down with your hands or a wooden ruler so it lies evenly across the whole piece
6. Small stains can easily be removed with a regular damp wipe, without a full wash

About the fabric

Fabric of the outer layer - dense trench-coat fabric with a matte surface. Water-repellent, protects from wind.

• Has a special coating or impregnation that makes water droplets roll off the fabric surface

Protects from light rain, fog, or splashes, but if water stays in contact with the fabric for a long time or under pressure, it gradually soaks through.

Returns and exchange

You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving the parcel, provided it has not been used and the original look, labels, tags and packaging are intact.

Fill in the return form that comes with the delivery note. For an exchange, mark the type as «exchange» on the same form. If the form is lost, call 0 800 211 299.
