Care
1. To ensure your down item lasts a long time and looks impeccable, taking it to a professional dry cleaner is the best option. However, if you prefer to wash it yourself, that is also possible—just be sure to follow a few important rules:
2. Fasten all closures before washing.
3. Use only a liquid detergent designed for delicate fabrics.
4. Place at least 5 tennis balls in the washing machine drum; they will help keep the down filling evenly distributed.
5. Dry the item laid flat, turning it over periodically until it is completely dry.
6. Once dry, use your hands or a wooden ruler to fluff and redistribute the down evenly throughout the garment.
7. Minor stains can be easily removed with a simple damp wipe, without the need for a full wash.
