This blended-yarn vest adds softness and style to your look. The oversized silhouette and mid-thigh length create an elegant fit that pairs easily with shirts, turtlenecks, or dresses. The V-neckline visually elongates the neck and accentuates the décolletage. Elastic cuffs and hem ensure comfort and help the garment retain its shape. The soft, lightweight yarn blend of polyacrylic and wool provides excellent warmth. It’s the perfect staple for creating modern layered looks. This style is available in one size.
Composition and care
75% Acrilical, 25% Wool
Polyacryl is a mixed thread (made of acrylic and wool), obtained on the basis of petroleum hydrocarbons. Soft and light, it looks and feels like wool, for which it is rightly called "artificial wool".
This similarity is not only external: the fiber is a very voluminous fluffy thread and is able to bind a lot of air, due to which products from it retain heat as much as possible. Items made of polyacrylic do not require special care, they, like all synthetic fabrics, are easy to handle.
Characteristics
- lightness;
- durability;
- increased wear resistance;
- retains heat well (an indicator at the level of thermal conductivity of wool);
- low hygroscopicity - high degree of water repellency;
- good resistance to atmospheric phenomena, prolonged overheating of 120-130 degrees.
Care
1. Wash better at temperatures below 40°;
2. Recommended hand or delicate machine wash by hand;
3. It is undesirable to use bleaches or active powders with an aggressive composition;
4. Do not dry near heating appliances and under the scorching rays of the sun;
5. Ironing/steaming at a low temperature is acceptable;
6. Detergents containing lanolin are recommended.
