Composition and care
Composition: 100% polyurethane
Eco-leather with a warm velour reverse side — a dense, soft and pleasant material that retains heat and provides comfort in the cold season. Has a smooth face surface and a delicate soft layer inside.

Care
1. Hand wash only, in cool water (up to 30°C) with a mild liquid detergent
2. Do not rub or wring — only gently blot with a cloth
3. Do not dry on radiators or in direct sunlight, to avoid over-drying the eco-leather
4. Dry laid flat, away from heat sources
5. Do not iron
6. Store on a hanger to avoid creases on the face surface

We ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine: Nova Poshta branch — UAH 90, parcel locker — UAH 90, courier to your address — UAH 150.
Delivery takes 1–3 days and is paid by the customer at Nova Poshta’s rates. Current cities and branches are listed at checkout.
Payment
By bank card on the website; in cash on collection at a Nova Poshta branch — the carrier adds UAH 20 and 2% for the money transfer; in instalments via PrivatBank or Monobank.
Returns and exchange
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving the parcel, provided it has not been used and the original look, labels, tags and packaging are intact.
Fill in the return form that comes with the delivery note. For an exchange, mark the type as «exchange» on the same form. If the form is lost, call 0 800 211 299.
Feather and down products cannot be returned — Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights» (text of the law).
