Care
To keep a down item looking impeccable for a long time, it's best to have it professionally dry-cleaned. But if you want to wash it yourself — that's also possible, the main thing is to follow a few important rules:
-Before washing, fasten all closures.
-Use only liquid detergent for delicate fabrics.
-Add at least 5 tennis balls to the drum — they help keep the down even.
-Dry in a horizontal position, turning the item on all sides until it is completely dry.
-After drying, distribute the down with your hands or a wooden ruler so it lies evenly across the whole item
-A small stain can easily be removed with a regular damp cloth, without a full wash.

Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
The returned products must be in a salable condition (labels, tags, etc. must be in stock).
