1. To ensure your down item lasts a long time and looks impeccable, it is best to take it to a professional dry cleaner. However, washing it yourself is also an option; the key is to follow a few important rules:
2. Fasten all closures before washing.
3. Use only a liquid detergent designed for delicate fabrics.
4. Place at least five tennis balls in the drum—they will help keep the down filling evenly distributed.
5. Dry the item flat, turning it over frequently until it is completely dry.
6. After drying, use your hands or a wooden ruler to redistribute the down evenly throughout the garment.
7. Minor stains can easily be removed with a standard wet wipe, without the need for a full wash.

Machine wash with neutral detergents in cold water at a maximum temperature of 30°C.

Returns and exchange
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving the parcel, provided it has not been used and the original look, labels, tags and packaging are intact.
Fill in the return form that comes with the delivery note. For an exchange, mark the type as «exchange» on the same form. If the form is lost, call 0 800 211 299.
