Composition and care

Characteristics:

• Soft fabric has high strength and wear resistance. ;
• The pliable texture of the fabric allows for easy draping and pleating. ;
• When creating our designs, we use soft fabric with added viscose, which gives the fabric hygroscopicity and a feeling of comfort.
Care:
• We recommend using a delicate wash cycle. The water temperature should not exceed 40° ;
• Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents, as this may damage the fabric structure. ;
• To prevent creases and folds from forming on the fabric, it's best to dry garments laid flat ;
• Iron soft garments on the reverse side with a not-too-hot iron .
Hand wash only. Do not rub or wring. For garments that cannot be machine washed. Wash at 30-40°C depending on the item.
Line dry.
Dry without wringing.
Dry in the shade.
Iron at low temperature only, up to 110°C.

Delivery
We ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine: Nova Poshta branch — UAH 90, parcel locker — UAH 90, courier to your address — UAH 150.
Delivery takes 1–3 days and is paid by the customer at Nova Poshta’s rates. Current cities and branches are listed at checkout.
Payment
By bank card on the website; in cash on collection at a Nova Poshta branch — the carrier adds UAH 20 and 2% for the money transfer; in instalments via PrivatBank or Monobank.
Returns and exchange
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving the parcel, provided it has not been used and the original look, labels, tags and packaging are intact.
Fill in the return form that comes with the delivery note. For an exchange, mark the type as «exchange» on the same form. If the form is lost, call 0 800 211 299.
Feather and down products cannot be returned — Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights» (text of the law).
