RETURN AND EXCHANGE
The refund is made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel by the buyer.
The exchange and return of the product is made in the event that the product was not in use, its commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels and original packaging are preserved, and also, if there is a return form (delivered together with the consignment note). We do not accept returns for items that do not comply with our return policy. Such items will be sent back to the buyer.
1. Availability of the return form (supplied with the consignment note).
2. The returned products must not show signs of wear or use, and must be in stock. there should be labels and tags.
3. All of the above should be in the package with the product.
Important: the product, which has signs of wear and tear, is not subject to return.
Upon return, the buyer pays for the delivery.
Exception: the product is delivered at our expense if it was sent a defective product or an item of the wrong size or model.
Making a refund/exchange is quite simple, follow the instructions below:
1. Next to the returned product, put a check mark, or any another mark, as long as the cell is filled in.
2. Cut off the completed form and put it inside the parcel with the goods that you plan to return
3. Return the parcel using the "Novaya Pochta" branch (according to the operator's tariffs).
Postage fees are paid by the sender and are not reimbursed by Natali Bolgar.
Please note that packages sent by cash on delivery are sent back to the sender.
4. The returned product must be sent to the address of the inventory item specified in the form (Return address).
5. Enter the Visa/Master Kard card number and the cardholder's full name.
6. Save the receipt for the forwarding and the second part of the invoice until you receive a refund.
The funds for the product will be credited to your card account within 14 days.
7.*Full refund. Mark only the full refund item, you don't need to mark the items.

After receiving and processing the return package, the money will be returned to the customer to the card account within 14 banking days.
