Characteristics:
We do not provide any special care or washing instructions. Dry cleaning is recommended. However, it should be noted that most outer fabric materials used in down jackets have dirt-repellent and water-repellent properties. During our two-month wear tests, all minor stains that appeared were removed with a regular damp cloth.
Care
How to wash?
-When washing in a washing machine, there is no need to use any special detergents or a special cycle. Thanks to the specially designed filling, which does not clump at all during washing, the washing cycle can be any, depending on the level of soiling.
What to do after washing and drying?
After drying, the down jacket should be gently fluffed. If the outer fabric of the down jacket looks creased or has folds, they can be removed with a steam iron at a heating temperature of 70-80 degrees.

We ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine: Nova Poshta branch — UAH 90, parcel locker — UAH 90, courier to your address — UAH 150.
Delivery is carried out by the transport service "Nova Poshta", all relevant cities and branches are presented on the website novaposhta.ua , and are also available in the basket, in drop-down list when placing an order.

RETURN
Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
The returned products must be in a salable condition (labels, tags, etc. must be in stock).

Convenient and simple exchange procedure.
To make an exchange, fill out the return form (supplied with the invoice), indicate the type of return - "exchange" and follow the instructions described in the return form.
Attention! Products made of feather and down are not subject to return in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"!
But! We are ready to provide a one-time exchange of a product for the same product with a change in color or size of the product. The exchange is made only after full prepayment of the goods.
