Ваше звернення ми отримали після 2-х місяців з моменту отримання Вами замовлення. Так як термін встановлений для здійснення обміну та повернення минув та Ваше звернення не було зафіксовано у відділ контролю та якості після першої експлуатації виробу, коли виявився дефект - ми здійснимо чищення ковтунців в місцях пошкодження та підсилення швів в місцях розходження. Щоб знизити ризик пошкоджень делікатної тканини в подальшому рекомендуємо Вам перевіряти свої аксесуари на наявність мікропошкоджень і вчасно виправляти їх, а також уникати сильного тертя делікатної тканини з аксесуарами, а при виявленні дефектів одразу звертатися у відділ контролю та якості, щоб ми якнайшвидше змогли вирішити Ваше питання.
