Composition and care
Merino Extrafine – this is the finest wool sourced directly from Australian fine-wool merino sheep. "EXTRAFINE" means "especially fine" (16-17 microns), shorn from the withers of lambs. It is considered the benchmark of quality. This exclusive wool stands out for its whiteness and shine, it is very soft, light and strong, with a natural crimp that gives elasticity, and formwear stability to the garments. One of its important qualities is that it does not irritate the skin. This wool has excellent thermostatic properties.
Characteristics:
• Very soft, doesn't itch;
• Hypoallergenic;
• Eco-friendly;
• Holds its shape well;
• Wear-resistant;
• Excellent heat retention.
Care:
• Hand wash at a temperature no higher than 30°-35°;
• A liquid detergent labeled "for wool" or a special shampoo is required. Whip the mixture of water and detergent into a thick foam. Immerse the garment for a few minutes. Knead the item with gentle movements, do not twist or pull. Then rinse carefully a couple of times;
• The detergent must be rinsed out completely;
• Hand wash at a temperature no higher than 30°-35°;

Hand wash only. Do not rub or wring. For garments that cannot be machine washed. Wash at 30-40°C depending on the item.
Line dry.
Dry without wringing.
Dry in the shade.
Iron at low temperature only, up to 110°C.

We ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine: Nova Poshta branch — UAH 90, parcel locker — UAH 90, courier to your address — UAH 150.
Delivery takes 1–3 days and is paid by the customer at Nova Poshta’s rates. Current cities and branches are listed at checkout.
Payment
By bank card on the website; in cash on collection at a Nova Poshta branch — the carrier adds UAH 20 and 2% for the money transfer; in instalments via PrivatBank or Monobank.
Returns and exchange
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving the parcel, provided it has not been used and the original look, labels, tags and packaging are intact.
Fill in the return form that comes with the delivery note. For an exchange, mark the type as «exchange» on the same form. If the form is lost, call 0 800 211 299.
Feather and down products cannot be returned — Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights» (text of the law).

Сьогодні отримала другу сукню на 50 відсотків мериносу. Вовна!!! Справжня! Не віскоза і не поліамід Справжня якість, відмінний трикотаж. Необрізні тонкі шви. Сукня тепла, зимова, відповідає моєму розміру 44, але я в ній виглядаю так, ніби маю 42 і потрібно йти в модельний бізнес, забувши про свої 52 рочки.
