Cupro is a silky decorative fabric made from cotton and wood pulp. The material's main component is viscose, a man-made fabric obtained from cellulose polymer. The glossy material resembles silk. The fabric drapes into beautiful folds; its fibers let air through and absorb moisture well.
Characteristics:
• Wear-resistant material that keeps its attractive look for a long time;
• Lightness – the fabric doesn't restrict movement;
• Resistant to shrinkage and deformation;
• Has a slightly velvety texture and a light sheen;
• Drapes easily;
• High breathability. The skin «breathes»;
• Dust resistance. While letting air through, the fabric keeps dirt on the outer side;
• Quick-drying.
Care:
• Cupro garments require special care. Hand washing in a gentle detergent solution is recommended. The washing temperature should not exceed 30-40oC. For machine washing, choose a delicate cycle without spinning or tumble drying;
• Cupro items must not be rubbed, wrung out, or rinsed vigorously;
• Dry the garment laid flat, away from heaters and direct sunlight;
• Resistant to shrinkage and deformation;
• Iron items only after they have fully dried, from the wrong side, with a cool iron («Silk» setting).

Delivery is carried out by the transport service "Nova Poshta", all relevant cities and branches are presented on the website novaposhta.ua , and are also available in the basket, in drop-down list when placing an order.

RETURN
Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
The returned products must be in a salable condition (labels, tags, etc. must be in stock).
To make a return, you must fill out the return form, supplied together with the invoice. If you lose the return form, contact the manager by phone: 0 800 211 299Attention! Convenient and simple exchange procedure.
To make an exchange, fill out the return form (supplied with the invoice), indicate the type of return - "exchange" and follow the instructions described in the return form.
Attention! Products made of feather and down are not subject to return in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"!
But! We are ready to provide a one-time exchange of a product for the same product with a change in color or size of the product. The exchange is made only after full prepayment of the goods.
