DELIVERY
We ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine: Nova Poshta branch — UAH 90, parcel locker — UAH 90, courier to your address — UAH 150.
Delivery is carried out by the transport service "Nova Poshta", all relevant cities and branches are presented on the website novaposhta.ua , and are also available in the basket, in drop-down list when placing an order.

RETURN
Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
The returned products must be in a salable condition (labels, tags, etc. must be in stock).
To make a return, you must fill out the return form, supplied together with the invoice. If you lose the return form, contact the manager by phone: 0 800 211 299Attention! EXCHANGE
Convenient and simple exchange procedure.
To make an exchange, fill out the return form (supplied with the invoice), indicate the type of return - "exchange" and follow the instructions described in the return form.
Attention! Products made of feather and down are not subject to return in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"!
But! We are ready to provide a one-time exchange of a product for the same product with a change in color or size of the product. The exchange is made only after full prepayment of the goods.

Лекала прекрасны, фактура, материал, всё безупречно!
Простой и лаконичный, но очень элегантный фасон. Вертикальная строчка спереди по всей длине платья визуально выгодно делает фигуру тоньше и длиннее. Отлично салится по фигуре благодаря удачному крою. Трикотаж плотный, мягкий, приятный к телу, не растягивается, имеет хорошие качества в носке и после стирки не теряет свойства, не линяет и не растягивается. Как базовая вещь это платье незаменимо в гардеробе. Очень удобное.
Недостатков нет, оно идеально! Единственное, что хотелось бы, так это ещё похожее платья в другой цветовой гамме. Например, в терракотовом или цвете корицы.)
