Composition and care
Composition: 50% viscose, 47% polyester, 3% elastane
The fabric is a dense, textured cloth with a rough, grainy surface. The word "crepe" means "rough," which fully captures the texture of this fabric. The base of the fabric is made of natural and synthetic fibers, giving the material properties such as high strength, density, and wear resistance. But the main advantage of the fabric is its low creasing.
Characteristics:
• The fabric color is rich, deep;
• Holds its shape well;
• Does not deform with careful care;
• Low creasing;
• Drapes easily, forming even folds;
• Has the ability to repel dust from the fabric surface;
• Lets air through, allowing the skin to breathe.
Care:
• Wash at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C to avoid shrinkage;
• Use mild detergents selected according to the type of fibers in the composition;
• Wring gently, do not twist the fabric intensively;
• Dry in a shaded place with a good flow of fresh air, away from artificial heat sources;
• Iron while slightly damp, strictly from the wrong side, through a thin protective cloth.
Hand wash only. Do not rub or wring. For garments that cannot be machine washed. Wash at 30-40°C depending on the item.
Line dry.
Dry without wringing.
Dry in the shade.
Iron at low temperature only, up to 110°C.

Delivery takes 1–3 days and is paid by the customer at Nova Poshta’s rates. Current cities and branches are listed at checkout.
Payment
By bank card on the website; in cash on collection at a Nova Poshta branch — the carrier adds UAH 20 and 2% for the money transfer; in instalments via PrivatBank or Monobank.
Returns and exchange
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving the parcel, provided it has not been used and the original look, labels, tags and packaging are intact.
Fill in the return form that comes with the delivery note. For an exchange, mark the type as «exchange» on the same form. If the form is lost, call 0 800 211 299.
Feather and down products cannot be returned — Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights» (text of the law).

Дякую за якісну річ, та за бездоганно підібраний розмір! У вас дуже грамотні фахівці. Сукня дає чудовий простір для стилізації,я підкатала рукава, додала свій ретро-пасок-резинку — і вийшов зовсім інший настрій. На фото — те, що вийшло. Буду тільки рада, якщо мій відгук та фото допоможуть іншим дівчатам визначитися з вибором і знайти свою ідеальну сукню. Адже кожна з нас заслуговує виглядати неперевершено! Можливо, комусь знадобиться як орієнтир саме при зрості 163 см — раптом будуть запити від дівчат із такими параметрами, щоб оцінити довжину!
